Pacific Northwest · Technology supply

Every license on one bill, with the support already in it.

Unified NW is where our clients buy their Microsoft seats, security tooling, phone lines, circuits and hardware. Licensing passes through at our cost. What you add on top is a flat monthly rate for people who actually answer the phone.

Why a second door

Most companies buy software like they buy snacks.

A card on file at four vendors, three renewal dates nobody owns, and a seat count that stopped matching the payroll two hires ago. When something breaks, the license and the support live in different buildings.

Unified NW puts the purchasing and the support on the same line item. You add a recurring, pass-through license through us and the managed monthly support for that license comes with it — same contract, same invoice, same technician who already knows your tenant.

Licensing costs the same at every elevation — you always pay what we pay. What changes is how much of the running, watching and fixing sits with us.

Talk it through

Elevations are how we talk about scope internally — Trailhead is the parking lot, Summit is the exposed ridge. Move between them at any renewal.

Estimator

See the whole monthly number before you talk to anyone.

Set your user count, pick the licenses you already run or want to run, and the tier. Licensing and support total up together, because that is how the invoice arrives.

Your monthly invoice
Estimate only Figures use our published example rate card and do not include tax, regulatory fees, or vendor promotional pricing you may already qualify for. A signed quote is what governs. Nothing here locks you into a term — licensing is month to month unless a vendor requires an annual commitment, and we tell you when that is the case before you sign.

The route

From first call to first invoice

No discovery theater. We look at what you already pay for, tell you what is redundant, and move the rest onto one agreement.

Send us your current bills

Vendor invoices, renewal dates, seat counts. A screenshot of your Microsoft admin center covers most of it.

We map the stack and the spend

You get a one-page picture of every subscription, what it costs, what overlaps, and what a consolidated bill looks like — typically within three business days.

Pick an elevation

Trailhead, Timberline or Summit. The licensing price is identical at all three, so this is purely a question of who carries the pack.

We migrate the tenancy

Subscriptions transfer to our partner tenant on your existing renewal dates. No reinstalls, no downtime, no lapse in coverage.

One invoice, first of the month

Line-itemed by SKU and seat count so you can see exactly what moved. Adds and removals pro-rate on the next cycle.

Authorizations

A certified reseller for the platforms your business already runs on.

We hold direct reseller and partner authorizations across the managed IT stack — which is why licensing can pass through at cost instead of through a middleman's margin.

Straight answers

Questions we get on the first call

What does "pass-through" actually mean?

You pay the same per-seat license price we pay our distributor, with no markup added to the license itself. Our revenue is the support tier, not a margin buried in your Microsoft bill. We will show you the distributor rate on request.

Do I have to move all of my licensing at once?

No. Subscriptions transfer at their own renewal dates, so most clients migrate over three to twelve months as terms come up. There is no early-termination charge on our side.

Am I locked into a contract?

Support tiers run month to month after an initial 90-day period. Licensing follows the vendor's term — most Microsoft and security SKUs are monthly; a few, like some Cisco and Verkada licenses, are annual. We flag every annual commitment in writing before you sign it.

What happens when I hire or lose someone?

Email or call the helpdesk. Seats are added within one business day and removed the same day, and the change pro-rates on your next invoice. You are never paying for a seat that walked out in March.

How is this different from activity3.llc?

Same company, same team, same phone numbers. Activity3 delivers managed IT, cybersecurity and custom software. Unified NW is the purchasing side — licensing, connectivity and hardware — so that buying and supporting sit on one agreement.

Do you support clients outside the Northwest?

Yes. We are headquartered in Southern Idaho with a second office outside Philadelphia, and we support clients in all 50 states. Remote support is US-based; on-site work runs through our nationwide field network.

Next step

Send us one invoice. We will tell you what it should cost.

No obligation and no pressure — if consolidating does not save you money, we will say so and you keep the analysis.
